Be nice to people: Do not spout hateful rhetoric regarding race, sexuality, gender identity, religion, disability, etc. Do not threaten violence on others. Do not encourage others to inflict harm on themselves (ex. telling someone they should kill themself).
Be at least 13 years old: This is to conform to COPA guidelines. Space moderators have the right to set their age minimums higher (such as 18+ or 21+). Moderators of NSFW spaces are expected to ban any member that admits to being under the age of 18, and you risk your account being banned if you fail to do so.
Be a law-abiding user: Ita Hearts is hosted in the United States. Therefore, you may not share content or information that is in violation of U.S federal law. In short, don’t talk about plans for mass violence or share leaked government data.
Don’t be a creep: Though the server gladly welcomes discussion of adult content, you may face a permanent ban if you make unwelcome sexual comments or share sexual content without permission. You will be banned immediately and reported to the proper authorities if you are: found to be communicating in a sexual manner with underage users, sharing CSAM or encouraging/instructing other users on how to find it, or sharing written/artistic sexual content of real-life, identifiable minors. Pornography of an anime girl is fine; pornography of an existing child actor (regardless of their current age) is not. NSFW content involving IRL people (i.e real-life pornography) is not allowed due to the privacy risk.
Respect others privacy: Do not attempt to dox or otherwise gather personal information of users beyond their screen name. Respect peoples boundaries on what information they are willing to share. Likewise, do not share highly personal information such as your financial information, address, etc. Abide by basic internet safety guidelines.
No generative AI/LLM content: Ita Hearts is all about creativity. As such, AI-generated writing, images, or other works are highly discouraged. I realize that I can’t exactly ban what is being discussed in private groups, but it will not be allowed in public groups.
